Every chossid is a shliach

The rebbe said that every chossid is and must be a shliach! Whether he has a chabad house or is in business, he is a shliach/she is a shlucha and has a responsibility to spread yiddishkeit.

of course you need to be a shlicah to do mivtzoim he only did that because the rebbe said so , perhaps he might not have a chabad house but he is a Shliach!!
