To even suggest that AF wasn’t on shlichus is a funny thought. He has been a shliach since day one, using his voice (figuratively and literarily) to push the Rebbe’s mivtzoim. He always make a brocho on stage, gives tzedoka on stage and shares a vort, however small it may be.
