Overhead fires are amateurish!

Wait until everyone must plug in vehicles to charge electric batteries. Those overhead wires will get so hot they’ll vaporize.

Meanwhile let’s price the nation out of affordable gasoline because not to worry the electrical grid is so able to handle the demand.

What you don’t understand is that the current electric wires (whether I want electricity or not is irrelevant) are a danger to the public. We had a house burn down last year. Fires that almost hit or homes.
It’s not about entitlement it’s about safety.

You are correct.

While the poorly maintained system is barely able to keep up, some folks are pushing for even more electricity use.

The grid can’t handle it.

The naive poster to whom you replied thinks this is about entitlement.

This is about safety and practicality. You cannot manufacture your own gasoline.

You may install your own solar panels but good luck on cloudy days.

Be realistic (directed to “Entitlement”).
