A perpetrator was arrested in Crown Heights after he was caught shoplifting from a clothing store on Kingston Avenue.
The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon at approximately 2:45pm. Shmira members responded to a complaint of a disorderly male and observed him steal a Kapotah from a Kingston Ave establishment.
He was arrested by the NYPD.
