With great sadness we report the untimely passing of Perel (Paula) Efros, a longtime resident of Crown Heights who devoted her life to the Rebbe’s Mivtzoim.
Perel grew up in the former Soviet Union under the oppressive communist regime and kept Torah and Mitzvos with great Mesirus Nefesh. When she finally got the approval to leave the iron curtain, she relocated to Crown Heights where she worked in the F.R.E.E. Organization spreading Yiddishkeit to her brethren.
The Levaya will take place tomorrow, Friday, leaving Shomrei Hadas at 10:00 AM, and passing 770 at 10:45 AM.
She is survived by יבלח”ט her brother Nisson ‘שי Efros of Crown Heights.
Nisson Efros is sitting Shiva for his sister at 1664 President St. Apartment # 2J, Motzoei Shabbos until 11PM and Sunday until 5 PM.
Shacharis Sunday morning 8AM.

We lost a very special person. Perel was real. Completely devoted to the Rebbe.
