On Thursday, the 19th of Kislev, thousands gathered at the magnificent Cirque Mondial venue, located on the lush Rey Lawn in Paris’s 12th arrondissement, for a grand celebration marking the chag hageulah yud tes kislev.
This significant date commemorates the liberation of Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, the founder of Chabad Chassidism and the author of the Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, from imprisonment.
The event, organized by the Lubavitch House of Paris, seamlessly blended profound spiritual content with the infectious joy of Chassidic traditions.
