Neshamos.org invites visiting shluchos and Crown Heights women to a parenting workshop on the Nurtured Heart Approach.
The workshop will be facilitated by Yael and Naftoli Walfish, both are advanced trainers of the Nurtured Heart Approach and licensed clinical social workers.
Join us on Thursday, February 13, Chai Shvat at Ohel Nosson, ground floor of 580 Crown St. Doors open at 9:45 with light refreshments and the program will run from 10:00 – 11:30 AM.
The Nurtured Heart Approach equips parents with the tools to transform intense behavior and inspire greatness within your child. End the punitive cycle that reinforces negative behavior. Learn this upstream approach that is simple to use with quick results. Develop a new lens of mindfully noticing and verbalizing success. Help the children in your life build a portfolio of greatness so they can identify with their best self.
At this workshop, you will learn how to build healthy relationships that celebrate the intensity of the children in your life. You will develop tools to create inner wealth in children which guides them in transforming their behavior from negative and destructive to successful and positive.
Neshamos.org is a Crown Heights-based organization dedicated to creating a healthy inner life for youth and the community at large.
Neshamos.org provides the platform, resources, and education needed to empower us all to support our own more effectively, transforming caring feelings into impactful actions, with inspired results, working with educators and parents, and a hotline for the community.
Save the date Sunday, Feb. 23rd, for our suicide prevention training.
This is the only way to parent. I’ve read many books on chinuch etc and they all are not productive besides this approach.
Thank you for caring, and for creating a space for people to better themselves in all areas!
