that seems to be the story with KSA
the way the story is floating around, they couldn’t come to terms on the sale, but thru the process of OU’s research, KSA realized they better straighten out their shop, and they have done a good job doing it.

Rabbi Bodenstein is an independent consultant on kashrus.
the KSA contracted with him to clean up their hechsher when they were considering a buyout offer from the OU.
he is not their employee

Thank you Zalmy fogelman for setting up the Kollel Erev inLos Angeles. It’s a kiddish lubavitch and a fantastic addition to the Shul as one of the young members of the Shul I really appreciate it.
