A perpetrator was arrested on Wednesday afternoon after stealing a package in Crown Heights.
The incident occurred near St. John’s Place and Albany Ave when the suspect stole a package and fled. He was later observed returning to the property.
He was apprehended by the NYPD with assistance from Crown Heights Shmira and taken into custody.
