Crown Heights residents have arranged for a street closure this upcoming Yom Tov for outdoor Hakafos to be held this Simchas Torah in Crown Heights.
Carroll Street between Albany and Troy Avenues will be closed off for Hakafos for Shmini Atzeres and Simchas Torah.
A Kiddush with refreshments will be served to accompany the Hakafos.

Shemini Atzeres Sun. 10/16 : 7:00 Pm – 10:30 Pm
Simchas Torah Night Mon. 10/17 : 7:00 Pm – 10:30 Pm
Simchas Torah Day Tues. 10/18: 11:00 Am – 2:30 Pm
