To mark the shloshim of Rabbi Sholom D. Lipskar, of blessed memory, a global mitzvah campaign is being launched in his honor, with the goal of reaching one million mitzvahs.
Rabbi Lipskar, a devoted Shliach of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, was the beloved rabbi of The Shul of Bal Harbour and the visionary founder of the Aleph Institute. He lived by two guiding principles: Lechatchila Ariber—to go above and beyond—and “Get it done.” These words were not just a motto; they were the foundation of a life dedicated to Torah, compassion, and action.
This campaign reflects his unwavering belief in the power of a single mitzvah to transform a life, and the exponential impact that can come from many people each doing something small.
Whether wrapping tefillin, lighting Shabbos candles, reaching out to someone in need, giving tzedakah, or performing an act of kindness—every mitzvah counts. Every mitzvah is a tribute.
The goal is bold—one million mitzvahs—but it is deeply aligned with Rabbi Lipskar’s legacy of vision, leadership, and purpose.
To join the campaign, visit rabbilipskar.org and add your mitzvah. Then invite your friends, family, and community to do the same.
Together, this collective effort will carry his light forward and ensure that no one is alone and no one is forgotten.
