Oholei Torah Begins Playground

Construction is well underway for Oholei Torah’s brand new playground thanks to the generous sponsorship by Oholei Torah PTA.

Students, teachers, and parents were greeted by construction workers on Tuesday morning.

“Everyone is delighted with the news that the yeshiva is building an additional playground,” remarked Mrs. Aida Junik, who directs the PTA along with Mrs. Tzippy Dalfin.

Junik credits the dedicated Purim Basket committee, which includes Devi Baumgarten, Chana Bongart, Frayda Brown, Nechama Baila Feldman, Ahuva Fogelman, Chanie Hartman, Raizel Heppenheimer, Elke Malamud, Chanie Neubort, Sara Popack, Raizy Rutman, Aliza Sheinfeld, Sara Skoblo, Shuffi Telsner and Esther Rivkah Telsner.

“The fruits of their hard work and dedication is evident, as it enabled the PTA to pay for significant projects such as the much-needed expanded play area,” she says.

As warmer weather approaches, the goal is for the school’s hundreds of students to have an added safe outdoor environment to play.
