The hottest stars from Israel are coming to New York for a musical extravaganza: strong>OHAD, Itzik Dadya, Uziah Tzadok and The Kinderlach will be together for a special Chol Hamoed Succot Concert on Monday, October 9th at The Millennium Theatre in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The musical production includes the collaboration of world renowned Maestros Gershon Frieshtat of Israel, and Yisroel Lamm of New York, conducting the legendary Aaron Teitelbaum Orchestra. This unforgettable event will be hosted by the one and only Nachum Segal.
Headlining the Monday night line-up is Chassidic mega-star OHAD, who is currently working on his sixth studio album after releasing his last album “Segula” to critical acclaim.
OHAD will perform his all-time classics and many crowd favorites, as well as new songs from his upcoming album. The audience will be amazed at OHAD’s live performance.
Joining OHAD is Mizrachi sensation Itzik Dadya, whose hits include “Rabi Nachman” and “Bitfilah.” He is currently working now on his fourth album, which he is writing and composing. This past summer Itzik released two great hits, “Tziyarti Shemes” and “Avinu”, both of which have hundreds of thousands of hits on YouTube. Just a few moments with Itzik and you will quickly understand why.
Uziah Tzadok, the “Wonder Boy of Israel,” who took first place in the reality show “Beit Sefer L’muzikah”, joins the line-up as well. He conquered the Jewish music scene with his moving song “Kochav Meir” in memory of Rav Ovadia Yosef, zt “l, and his cover of “Tzel Etz Tamar” was a major international success. Audience members are sure to be charmed by Uziah’s angelic voice.
The Kinderlach, the leading children’s choir for more than 15 years, join the show and are sure to delight your entire family. The younger generation will jump to their feet, dancing to the popular songs we all know and love. Adults are sure to enjoy The Kinderlach’s special medley performance of nostalgic Chassidic melodies, combined with original choreography.
A special tribute to the Chassidic composer Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Rechnitz will be a highlight that evening, as the artists all join on stage to perform a special medley, which will include the best songs from Reb Shlomo Yehuda’s two incredible albums.
