A Chassidic niggun composed in honor of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s 89th birthday is being released as a dance remix by a boys choir in Crown Heights.
Danny Finkelman‘s Sparks, an 18 elementary school student choir that recently merged with R’ Yossi Goldstein‘s Tmimim choir, is working on an all Chabad niggunim album.
Their new single “Shuva,” based on verses of chapter 90 in Tehillim, takes its inspiration from the Trance genre of electronic dance music.
It was arranged and mixed by DJ Yitzchak Shemtov.
The album will include musicians Israel Edelson, Yoni Lober and Moshe Okunov.
Sparks is an after school program in Crown Heights that provides the boys with musical knowledge, tools, and practice to express their talents and enhance their self esteem.

even if u didint have a solo in shuvu u were probably amazing!!!
That was about 10 yrs ago….
hopefully before pasach
inspite of your negativity. I think the song was done beautifully. I play it over and over. the boys voices are great and the music is different but alive and creative. Yes, the adult voice could have stayed out. but it wasn’t bad.
Good Job Sholom H!!!
mendle piekarski you and your solo are amazing
There’s a reason it’s trance and not YBC cheap pop music, why should they repeat the same repeated music?
I thing its original and inspiring.
WOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MENDEL!!!!!!!!!!!
The kids did a great job in singing. However who ever mixed this did a very poor job. 1st of all the volume of the background music drowns out the vocals. there is no musical lead or accompaniment to the singing and the intro was just awful.they should also have more of the whole choir singing and a duet sing the high part.
GO LEIBEL U ARE AMAZING!!
Amazing!! Great Job! Yashar Koach!
Leibel Muchnik & Mendy Schlanger – you rock!
brilielnt, amazing,jut tirifik
good song good singing בנימן
keep on singing!! you and the choir sound great! you should always bring happiness and smiles to people with your music.
A tremendous amount of dedication, time, energy and love is put into this project and for zero personal gain. The boys grow and mature in many areas. Keep it up! ‘un zai nit nispoel!’
keep up the great work
un freaking real go shmuli!!!!!!!!!!!!!
reallt gr8. i enjoyed it
Keep it up, Danny!!!
Its great music, and your talent is amazing! Don’t wast it, keep putting out great music.
go shaya z !!!!!!!!!
Chodesh Adar at least try to be besimcha and positive.
When did you become such an expert?
or this is a reflection of how you chose to see everything in your life, Please it is time to change you glasses.
first of all, the mix is good, second of all, becuse of people like you, that dont know how to adapt to the new generation, more and more kids start listening to other music, and why do i care what avaraham freid has to say?!?!?!?!? im the one buying the music!
Good sound, good soloists, in one word – electricity.
they should open a website
lichtig sweet kinderlach keeping busy with a wonderful project those who have advice should consider contacting some one privately instead of demoralizing publicly.beautiful keep up the great singing till moshiach comes and then continue after that!!!!!
i really disagree with you, this a very cool mix!!!!!!
go Mendle Goldman you are the best
!!!!!!!!
The mix is horrible.. You can do better than that!
the song is cool, i like the beats
It will be very nice when they come out with an all niggunim album!!!! There arent too many out there!!!
When is the album coming out?
cool yet eidul
There was a disc called “Shuva” released in 5760 with this song in the same style… Some creativity won’t hurt.
Also, people appreciate real Niggunim sung in a real way, not in a disgusting trancy way. Ask Avrohom Fried.
like it
Very nice beat. Nice arrangement.
Good sound
Very nice but y do they always ruin the song with the adult singing?! its a kids choir!! no need for the adult voice!!!
silly unoriginal DISCO music totally drowns out the very good vocals of the boys. what a shame!
Great Job!
