I love the idea behind this video, and the video itself. The one part that made me uncomfortable is where he talks about “racists and Nazis.” Couldn’t the idea have been given over without labeling the people? You could talk about racism, or Nazism. Without writing off and labeling the people. Wasn’t the whole point of the video that nobody is beyond hope, and a person can “do teshuva” and change their Nazi ideology, and reveal their G-dly Spark, their Tzelem Elokim? Are you not aware of the situation in college campuses? A generation is being raised with a (at least superficially) similar value, of accepting and tolerating all. Except that Jews are not included.

So yes, the Nazis need to be called out by name.

(And racism isn’t actually calling out people by name. Just like saying thieves or murderers isn’t calling out anyone by name, just whoever the hat fits. Mentioning racism helps promote the video in todays generation.)

My only input here is that if we want all ppl to relate to this video , we need the audience and ppl in the video to also be ppl of color, so it’s diverse and relatable to all.
