Chabad of Arizona celebrated the completion of a new Sefer Torah this past Thursday.
Over 260 people were in attendance at the celebration, which took place at the regional headquarters of Chabad of Arizona, under the leadership of Rabbi Zalman Levertov.
The Torah was written in honor of Nazine Sarraf to have a complete recovery, and was donated by her husband Bob Sarraf.
Rabbi Moshe Klein completed the writing.
Many shluchim were in attendance from throughout the state.
