Family and friends of the Paltiel family gathered Thursday to celebrate the completion of a new Torah by Rabbi Abba and Rechy Paltiel in memory of their beloved parents obm.
The final letters of the Torah were written at the Paltiel residence, followed by a joyous procession to Kahal Chassidim Shul for Hakafos.
