Rabbi Yossi and Mushka Bernstein along with their daughter Chana, are heading out on Shlichus to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The Bernsteins are joining the Chabad Romano Center in Richmond Hill.
They will be servicing the needs of the growing community specifically targeting young adults and families.
They will be joining the existing team of Shluchim, Rabbi Mendel and Toby Bernstein and Rabbi Shlomo and Ella Vorovitch.
We will miss you! May you have much hatzlocha and all of Hashem’s revealed brochas!

I’ve known yossi since he was a little kid he was always really amazing outgoing and very very talkative I remember once when he was a kid he went to a old age home with his family to do a yom tov program and all the seniors really loved him how he smiled and welcomed everyone.
I’m sure he will be a amazing shliach!!!!
O and we can’t forget his amazing talent to give Shiurim I hear his weekly Dvar Torah he sends around every week it’s truly very inspiring!!! Hatzlacha rabha!!!!
