Rabbi Dovber and his wife Chaya (nee Pewzner) Berkowitz of Crown Heights will IYH be moving out on Shlichus to the California Delta, where they will be establishing a new Chabad House serving the needs of the local Jewish residents in the communities of Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, and Discovery Bay.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Shlomo Cunin, head Shliach of California, and Rabbi Yaakov Kagan of Chabad of Contra Costa.
