Rabbi Josh and Chavie Zebberman are headed out on Shlichus to the Tri-Valley, a triangle-shaped region of the eastern San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California.
They will be joining Shluchim Rabbi Raleigh and Fruma Resnick in an already thriving Shlichus at Chabad of the Tri-Valley in Pleasanton aimed to reach every Jew in the area.
They were appointed by Rabbi Shlomo Cunin, Head Shliach of the U.S. West Coast and Director of Chabad-Lubavitch of California.
The Zebbermans will be establishing a Gan Israel Day Camp hoping to attract the many children already associated with the Chabad center, as well as any Jewish child in need of a genuine Jewish experience.
Rabbi Josh will be opening The Jewish Academy, a center for adult education which will include JLI courses, chavrusas, and hands-on learning experiences.
Chavie (nee Shizgal) will be running a Cheder that is aimed to provide Chassidishe Chinuch for Shluchim’s children from around the East Bay Area.
