A new Sefer Torah was dedicated Thursday in Crown Heights in memory of Chaim Refael Fishman, son of Rabbi Michoel and Chani Fishman.
Every neshoma that is brought into this world serves a very special purpose. The neshoma’s mission may take a full lifetime to complete or perhaps only a few years. Although Chaim’s life was short, each day was a blessing so wholesome and treasured.
All those who took part in this writing of a beautiful Sefer Torah in honor of Chaim Refael should be blessed with all the brochos. May we merit the coming of Moshiach speedily.
