Dear Crown Heights Community,
As we eagerly anticipate the joyous Yom Tov of Sukkos and the vibrant Simchas Beis Hashoeiva, we would like to inform you of several important updates and changes for this year’s celebration, particularly regarding security in light of the ongoing situation in Eretz Yisroel. We are collaborating closely with the NYPD to ensure our community’s safety throughout the festivities.

Security and Entry:
• The entire stretch of Kingston Avenue from Carroll Street to Montgomery Street will be secured and designated exclusively for dancing.
• Separate entrances for men and women, each monitored by security personnel, will ensure a safe and orderly experience. Clear signage will direct attendees to these entrances.
Vendors:
• No vendors or stands will be permitted within the barricaded area to maintain the sanctity and safety of our celebrations. Vendors must be located outside the designated Simchas Beis Hashoeiva zone.
• Please be aware that Simchas Beis Hashoeiva does not endorse the kashrus or hashkafa of any vendors.
• Standing on nearby roofs and light posts is dangerous, illegal, and will not be tolerated for everyone’s safety.
During challenging times, the Rebbe taught us to increase in simcha. In keeping with this guidance, we have prepared an exceptional lineup of festivities, with each night promising to be more exhilarating than the last.
The success of Simchas Beis Hashoeiva and maintaining a holy atmosphere is a collective effort. It is through our unity and adherence to the guidelines that we give collective Nachas Ruach to the Rebbe. We know how important Simchas Beis is to the Rebbe, but it doesn’t happen by itself. We call upon every member of the Crown Heights community to partner with us in this zchus. With an annual cost exceeding $100,000, your generous donations are crucial. Please donate generously at Charidy.com/sbh. Together, we will surely merit the ultimate Zman Simchaseinu in Yerushalaim Eir Hakodesh, with the Rebbe leading us.
Thank you for your cooperation and support.

I don’t see a walkway for the women to traverse over the men towards Albany Avenue, or the stores on that side
Or on Crown, where I live, thank you!
There is clear easy access to Albany if you go through the walkway section. It’s opened towards Albany when it goes behind the stage.
B”H. Love to be reading this. Finally after all these years it seems as SBH will be as the Rebbe truly intended it to be.
A Freilichin Yom Tov !!
Is there any way the bands and singers (especially Yossi Cohen) can be recorded every night? It’s a shame to think that there’s almost 8 hours of live music every night (total of at least 25 hours) that goes to waste. If someone can stick a recorder into the sound board and share it after it would be such an asset for anyone looking for some live music
The last few years are fully uploaded on to YouTube
The audio quality isn’t very good. It’s usually just the microphone picking up what’s coming out of the speakers
Music is loud and lively, which is so nice! But. The bass explodes through the speakers and shakes local homes and buildings in a deafening din. There’s simply no reason for that.
