Eda is dedicated to helping people find balance in today’s hectic and fast-paced world through education and awareness. Gathering from her studies in Psychology, Mental health and ADHD coaching practice, she offers a practical approach to positive change, and helps people bridge the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be. She has also written articles on mental health awareness which have been featured in national publications. Through her website www.multirolewoman.com and on @edaschottenstein.
Eda and Rivkah have combined their knowledge and expertise to create their podcast. With 6 episodes so far, they share tools, tips and shortcuts for finding more clarity and focus in daily life. Their podcast is unique in that it offers a Jewish woman’s perspective on current issues and weaves Chassidic insight to inspire self-growth in mind body and soul, by inspiring positive change- from the inside out.
Episodes include conversations about navigating uncertainty during the coronavirus crisis, boundaries and freedom, happiness and jealousy. They also hosted guests on the show such as psychotherapist and author Sarah Chana Radcliffe who provided parenting tips.
In their latest episode, they speak with Holocaust survivor, psychologist, trauma expert, and author Dr. Edith Eva Eger. At the age of 90, Dr. Eger wrote the international bestselling book “The Choice: Embrace the Impossible”, a moving testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power of choice in our lives.
Born in Hungary, Edith was 16 when she was sent to Auschwitz in 1944, where she endured unimaginable experiences, including being made to dance for the infamous Dr. Josef Mengele.
Using her past as a powerful analogy, Dr. Eger inspires people to tap their full potential and shape their very best destinies. It’s a message of healing and personal growth. A message of freedom from self-imposed limitations. A message that helps people build character, deal effectively with life’s events, and enrich the lives of others.
Dr. Eger is due to release her new book “The Gift” in September. It is currently available for preorder on Amazon.
