Last day to order “Seder to Go” kits
“Seder to Go” kits are now available to order for those shluchim seeking to bring the seder to individuals who are unable—or uncomfortable—with attending a formal, community event.
With a focus on simplicity, design and efficiency, “Seder to Go” is the newest creation of Chabad on Call—Merkos Suite 302’s innovative division for pioneering resources to chaplains and shluchim within the global medical community.
Originally created for in-patients and homebound individuals, the kit was crafted to easily accommodate all the supplies and foods necessary for a kosher seder, while facilitating effective distribution for the many expansive, diverse communities and Chabad Houses across the country.
“Our mission at Merkos 302 is to assist shluchim in their work by providing comprehensive resources and support to increase their reach and their impact,” shared Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, Executive Director. “This latest initiative from Chabad On Call is just one example for shluchim to inspire the lives of many more Jews in a easy and elegant way.”
This answers the great need many shluchim have expressed for a method of easily bringing the mitzvos of Pesach home to people who would otherwise not observe a traditional seder. Now, for the first time, shluchim will have access to a professional and attractive gift box to package the “stay at home seder” for community members.
Each kit includes a Ke’arah placemat, labeled containers with lids, matzah bag, seder how-to guide, Hebrew/English Haggadah, plastic frog, and a box customized with your organization’s name. Food not included.
Last day to order is today 3/6/18.
