Kfar Chabad Mesivta Yeshivas Menachem is privileged to announce, that Rabbi Chaim Hillel Raskin, Rav of Anash Petach Tikva and Dayan in the Beis Hora’ah Rechovot, will be giving regular shiurim on Halacha l’Maase.

Rabbi Birnack is originally from England and currently living in Kfar Chabad.
Rabbi Birnack is an excellent teacher, and is looking forward to sharing his passion and love for learning with his Talmidim. He is dedicated to giving each talmid the guidance and tools they need to be matzliach.
