On Wednesday, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo issued new restrictions in New York State as the positive infection rate across the state rose to over 2%.
As of Friday at 10 p.m., establishments that are regulated by the SLA and have a liquor license will close at 10 p.m. That includes places like bowling alleys, if they serve alcohol. Restaurants will be able to offer curbside pickup of food only after 10 p.m. Gyms will also have to close at 10 p.m., starting on Friday.
Cuomo also issued a restriction on the number of people that can gather at a private residence. No more than 10 people will be allowed at a private household, unless the household is more than 10 people.
Cuomo issued these restrictions because the gathering associated with all of these activities has shown to be what is called “super spreader” events. There has been a rise in positive COVID-19 cases following Halloween parties that happened.
Sure, they’ll have to follow the restaurant rules, but are you going to tell me that the government is going to dictate how many people I can have in MY OWN HOUSE? No, my house is private property, you can’t even search without a warrant. I control who comes into my house. Arrest me if you want, I don’t care!

the government CAN dictate what you do in your house. You may not have an unlicensed handgun, may not have illegal drugs, may not perform … well, criminal or illegal activity, and the government decides criminality and illegality. Of course there’s a track on which law gets established and specific officials have their limitations, andthere’s law and the enforced law. But do understand that we live in a country and locality whose rules govern whatever those rules are, whether an individual likes or agrees or thinks has rights and liberties.
WE can choose to be free people under the laws as the constitution and the rules of common sense dictates.

In most countries of the world they are now setting the 10 PM deadlines, because it is after 10 PM that the real partying and alcohol drinking with large crowds of people begins in the bars and restaurants. Usually sober family people are finished by 10 PM. It is only common sense, they are doing this in many cities and many countries.

In the UK and other european countries limiting house guests is part of the protocole in lockdown. Why do people in CH always feel they are being picked on and attacked when the same rules are established in other countries as well and they are abided by. It’s true that in other countries that has been bubbles and such to stop the pandemic with limits of people per house. In the US the whole pandemic has been a political game seeing that people are allowed to vote according to the CDC even with the virus, black lives matter have been having huge protests and even the governor and mayor have been in and have participated in large groups when not allowed. Also they have targeted and spoke out against the Jews more.

Sorry guys, but 30% of infections are due to groups of family and friends gathering indoors in a house. That is one of the main ways people are currently getting infected. Their stuff may sound strange, but there is a reason for what they are trying to do.

Every night after 10pm for the foreseeable future I will be hosting a Black Lives Matter gathering in my house with unlimited capacity. I used to not like BLM, but thankfully just today I had an epiphany and saw the light. My opinion may about BLM may change in the future though

Black lives matter is about a group of people (black people) within the population who statistically (meaning not because they feel it but because it is FACT) marginalized and systematically hurt. Using a movement like BLM as a platform for your lack of self control is ridiculous at best. As a nation who is also statistically marginalized and who the system doesn’t always work for I would have thought our community would have supported the idea even if we cannot support the movement (due to their thoughts on Israel.)

listen to Rabbi Yitzchok Dovid Smith to understand what is really going on in CH and around the world. The fact that these same rules are being enforced around the world despite the different infection levels prove this is not about the virus. That is a cover up
