New Chabad in Buenos Aires

A new Chabad House was recently inaugurated in the Flores district in Buenos Aires by Shliach Rabbi Shea Plotke. At the new impressive building, Head Shliach Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt and Rabbi Yosef Faigelstock affixed the Mezuza. Plotke's proud father Rabbi David Plotke wished his son much success. Photos
