Camp Mountaineers is the new destination for adventurous Chabad girls entering 10th and 11th grade! Throughout our eighteen day trip, we will explore the breathtaking views of Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. From snow capped mountains to desert sands, from sparkling lakes to sunny canyons, every girl will challenge herself, and together we will reach new heights.
We will be hiking a variety of different terrains, including the Rockies, Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon, and much more!
While experience is beneficial, newcomers need not worry. There will be multiple levels of intensity on each hike, allowing girls to choose the pace that suits them best.
Teamwork will be practiced on the daily by dividing group responsibilities, so that each girl gets a chance to pitch tents and cook delicious meals to be enjoyed under the stars.
We will be camping every night, so pull out your sleeping bags and bug spray!
Shabbosim will be spent in spacious airbnbs, with fresh cooked Shabbos food and inspiring farbrengens.
A strong and authentic Ruchniyus environment will be fostered through daily Shiurim, nightly niggunim around the bonfire, as well as davening in nature, where Hashem’s beautiful world can be appreciated firsthand.
All staff members are CPR and Wilderness First Aid Certified, to ensure a safe, healthy, and memorable trip.
Our camp will begin on Monday, July 8 (ב תמוז) from Denver, Colorado, and end on Thursday, July 25 (י”ט תמוז), from Phoenix, Arizona.
