This summer marks the inauguration of Camp Gan Israel of Hillside/Elizabeth, NJ, a day camp run by Mrs. Mussie Zakheim and Mrs. Sara Gila Gutnick.
Many children of Hillside/Elizabeth and the surrounding communities, including many children of Cheder Yaldei Menachem, attend this new camp which has met and surpassed all expectations.
The atmosphere is one of warmth and joy and all is done in the spirit of taharas hakodesh and living with Moshiach. The program includes swimming, art, baking, sports, and engaging activities.
Head counselors, Rivka Sheinberger and Nechama Malka, created a summer program based on the theme “Champions of Geula.” Activities are directed by counselors from Israel and from local areas. The camp is run at the home of Rabbi Yaakov and Simcha Krief.

Great place to live, near trains, to NYC.
Only a train away to the city.
And near Newark Airport as well.
