A Ribbon Cutting ceremony was held at Cheder Chabad of Monsey on Monday afternoon, one day ahead of the first day of school.
The new 24,000 square foot, $3.5 million building in South Monsey will be home to the Cheder Chabad of Monsey and Monsey Beis Chaya Mushka High School for Girls.
