The philanthropists fueling ONE. MORE LIGHT are proud to announce the First Matcher Grant, $100,000 dedicated exclusively for Shluchim running their first-ever crowdfunding campaigns during the second annual Chabad Global Giving Day.
How The First Matcher Grant Works
- The Shliach is eligible to receive a quarter of his campaign goal from the First Matcher Grant. (I.e. The Shliach is eligible to receive $10k in grant money for a $40k total campaign goal, and $25k for a $100k goal).
- Optimal goal setting will follow an assessment by Charidy and the CGGD board.
- All eligible participants will enter into a raffle to determine distribution hierarchy until all $100k of the First Matcher Grant is awarded.
- First Matcher Grant winners will receive direct-deposited funds within a week of campaign completion.
Any first-time crowdfunding Shliach signs up here to run a crowdfunding campaign as part of CGGD.
