Over the past few summers, the Neshamos organization has arranged comprehensive training sessions for a select group of Yeshiva teachers.
These workshops focused on matters pertaining to the physical and psychological wellbeing of bochurim within the Yeshiva system and were an integral element of Neshamos’ ongoing effort in providing educators with tools to enhance their understanding of and connection with their students.
“As our environments become more uncertain and complex, the challenges our bochurim face are constantly evolving and intensifying,” they said.
Issues and topics that may have previously been ‘taboo’ are now being tackled directly by Neshamos and mechanchim for it has been proven time and time again that by examining uncomfortable possibilities educators can equip themselves to provide a better tomorrow.
Some of the lectures that have been delivered in previous years:
The Holiness of a Chossid:
An In-Depth Exploration of the Chabad Outlook on Sacred Matter – Reb Osher Farkash

Why only for bochurim? Girls need these conversations too.
Girls talk much more about such topics in 12th grade and seminary.
Boys don’t hear a word.
