I know these people. This picture was taken in Leningrad Russia in November – December 1988. This is family of Perelman – I believe this first name Ilya, his wife first name was Svetlana( Russian name) but she changed her name to Jewish name. And 2 children. 100% Yossi Nemes and Sholom Moshe Paltiel. Pichture taken in communal apartment on Saltikov-Shedrin street. I was there many times.
They are SM Paltiel and Y Nemes visiting family of Eliyohu Perelman in Leningrad. Winter 5759 (arround 19 Kislev time)

Rabbi Sholom Moshe Paltiel is the one sitting. i’m not sure about the one standing- It’s definitely a Minkowitz, I think the one from Florida.
