I remember literally hundreds of Maamorim were learnt Ba’al Peh, and we flew to New York, to be with the Rebbe for Yud Shvat

Don’t let his famed warm smile mislead you about his intensity, depth and breadth of knowledge. He attracts his Talmidim with loving devotion, but enchants them with a new understanding of the Sugya, and ‘Chap’ in Tosfos. He conveys the rich depth of learning, but more important, he imparts the tools so the Bochurim can do it on their own

the small classes and individualized attention allowed the Hanhala to focus on each Bochur’s level, academic and otherwise

South Africa is the the only yeshiva I have ever been too where I woke up every morning thinking “wow today is gonna be an awesome day” There is such a positive vibe there it’s practically impossible to leave the year unacomplished. I was never the type of kid who was gonna stay in the system, thanks to rabbi Wagner I went for another year of yeshiva and probaly going for another . So thank you Rabino for an amazing year and I encourage everyone who’s looking for a year of fulfillment and amazing a experience should definitely sign up… Read more »

and I wish I would have spent my first year in yeshiva gdolah South Africa.
    it’s worth the world.
if a group of chasidishe bachurim decided to go together that would be unbelievable ,
at this age it’s the best environment to
develop and progress to the max of one’s potential with lots of caring hanhalah and family oriented structure which keeps young bachurim healthy and emotionally happy!

that is definitely the things my mammy would like to hear from me when she calls and asks How is life in yeshiva going?

I was lucky enough to spend a couple of years if rabbi Wagneri yeshiva. It was a unique experience unlike any other yeshiva, rabbi Wagner truly cares for each and every student, works with them and helps them achieve their full potential. I highly recommend parents who would like a yeshiva which will give personal attention and pride in being a chosid of the rebbe to consider rabbi Wagners yeshiva!!

As a mother, I can say how Rabbino and his Rebetzin really cared for my son. He had a home away from home – literally. So apart from all the growing and learning my son experienced, i felt at ease. My son was cared for – and loved!!

Reb Noam cared more about us students than any other teacher or principal I have ever seen, I thought I would never be able to learn chassidus or ever properly davin, I learnt more chassidus my years at Rabbi Wagners Yeshiva than my entire life combined. One of the few true chassidim left on this planet.

My first and turned out to be best two years of my yeshiva life were spent in South Africa with rabbi Wagner. 100% who I am today is because of the hashpo’oh I got there from the hanhala.

Noam Wagner was my teacher in mesivta when he was still a bochur. Emes exuded from him all those years ago. Right through all the chaos that our rambuctios class created, he would persist with imparting the depths of chassidus to us. Yasher koach and keep up the great work!!
