Michael Azulay, one of the newest Chabad singers on the wedding scene in Israel, once sat at a Chassidic farbrengen and heard a story that remained with him.
Azulay sings of a story he was once told by a Lubavitcher businessman at a Chassidic farbrengen. The businessman related that he was once who was about to heavily invest in a business venture. He took along a dollar given by the Rebbe, and was faced with difficulties in the deal. He later found out the deal was a fraud, and he was saved from financial ruin.
When Yoeli Dickman offered him the new song “Bracha V’hatzlacha,” Azulay wanted it as his debut song and remembered that story for the music video.
“The song has an authentic Chassidic tone while also innovative and original,” he says about the song.

Can someone explain exactly what’s going on in the story? Thanks!
Seems he’s going for some great deal and he drop his money and misses the deal. Later on, when the money is returned, he realizes that it was not a good deal and just something bad… 🙃
But can anyone explain how it has to do with the dollar from the rebbe??
