Mrs. Wendy Teller, a member of the Anash community of London, passed away on Thursday evening, 28 Nissan, 5779.
She was 87.
Mrs. Teller was a longtime resident of the Stamford Hill neighborhood of London, where she was known for her open home, where she warmly hosted many people. She had many guests passing through her house on a daily basis and always treated them with royalty and respect.
She was a staunch support for many years of her husband Joe OBM in all his communal work.
She volunteered for many years for Lubavitch House, specifically volunteering to set up the Yichud room when couples got married.
Mrs. Teller was “Savta” to many in the community, not just her own grandchildren, and she will always be remembered for her regal demeanor.
She is survived by her children, Jonathan Teller (London) Soorale Rabin (London), Pinny Teller (Crown Heights), Jeremy Teller (London) and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren around the world.
The Levaya will take place tomorrow, Friday in London.

Mrs Teller, I’m lost for words, the nicest lady ever, always smiling and happy, helpful and kind. What a positive person to be around, and yes she set up my Yichud room with lovely bone China. Mrs Teller you will be very missed by so many.
