Mrs. Olga Friedman, a longtime resident of Crown Heights, passed away on the 24th of Nissan, Shabbos Parshas Shemini, 5780.
She was 73 and passed away due to surgical complications.
Mrs. Friedman was known for her kindness and generosity to others, deep love for her family and friends, and her strong connection to Eretz Israel.
She is survived by her husband Moshe Friedman, her son Hershel Friedman, and grandchildren.
The levaya will take place on Monday.

We lived in Mrs Fridman’s building. She was always with a sincere smile. Such a wonderful person. Her husband was also a kind neighbor ..always looking out to help. My kids remember when Mrs Fridman gave us a bag if almost-new toys as her own grandchildren out grew and she had no use for!May her neshama smile her beautiful smile to the Aibishter and beg for Moshiach!

Although Olga was more than 20 years my senior, she was a dear friend and a sweetheart of a woman.
Olga did not have a easy life but had the brightest smile – always. I’m honored to have only fond memories of her.
Olga we will miss you. RIP but not for too long! I know in your very refined way with your Russian mother tongue you will bring our Rebbe back to us!
