ברוך דיין האמת. This goes back many years, but once I with a few other bochurim from the yeshiva dropped in on the Prus family shabbos meal without making any prior arrangements. Mrs. Prus and her late husband were of course very gracious and welcoming, but what I remember most are the joy and pride they expressed at the fact that bochurim felt that THIER house required no official invitation!

She is my great grandmother. So kind and always lending a hand. Always on the ball even right before she passed away. Such a great women! We miss her!!
I was just thinking about her! When my son, Shmuel was born, she bought for him a beautiful becher…..I left it for Pesach and just last week when I unpacked the Pesach dishes there was that silver becher from Berte B’rezine aka as Mrs. Beila Pruss, A’H…..my mother, Malka, a”h is long gone but it brought back very warm memories. May she be a Gutte Better and we should only celebrate Simchas till the coming of Moshiach! Mrs. Sheindel Akselrod
Mrs. Prus was an amazing lady.

I didn’t know her too well, but from what I saw, beautiful lady.
Will be missed!
