The International Moshiach Campaign has recently begun reaching out to Anash in order to have them actively participate in the Rebbe’s directive to “Do all you can to bring Moshiach.”
As a resolution of the International Kinus Hashluchim almost 10 years ago, a Moshiach Campaign was created to develop programs and literature for Shluchim world wide on the topic of Moshiach.
Campaign director Rabbi Chaim Hershkowitz said: “We’ve been working extra hard lately and the results are amazing, with hundreds of Shluchim participating in our many programs.”
This is largely due to the extra helping hand of Vice Chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch, Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky.
“I firmly believe that in these trying times we must double our efforts to end this Golus once and for all,” Rabbi Kotlarsky said.
In this newest campaign the Moshiach campaign is asking Anash world wide to participate in their vital work by sending ideas, volunteering time and skills such as writing, editing, programming as well as helping financially.

i admit i am ignorant. what does the word anash mean?
The Rebbe was VERY agaist publicizing the Rebbe as Moshiach outside of Anash. Inside Anash; maybe. Outside Anash; Chas Vesholom. Such actions, the Rebbe warned, can cause 1000’s of yidden to be turned off from “learning Chassidus” That is the answer Rabbi Imannuel Shochat received from the Rebbe Teves 5753 – many months into the period of Yechi on the balcony. This was the Rebb’es view. It never changed. Unfortunatley, many in Anash are simply unaware of the MANY answers the Rebbe gave how publicising the Rebbe as Moshiach can be extremeley damaging. The REBBE says to “learn the likutai sichos of N’sea doreanu”
if we all learn the Sichos of Nun Aleph & Nun Bais all of our questions will fall away & we will do & believe what we should. most of all we will not be ashamed to talk to other yiddin & learn the Sichos with them.
When I have done this they say “we never knew that the Rebbe said this now we understand why you believe that the Rebbe is Moshiach.
I didn’t know that Rabbi Kotlarsky had so much money to giuve so much tzedakah. I am happy to hear that, they Rebeb always wished the shluchim should have harchaba. Maybe this is a good thing that shluchim should learn from in these days – to go into a side buissnes and make enough money, not only to support yourslef but to give tzedaka generously as Reb Moishe does. That way you can have Toirah u’gdulah bmokoim echod. I know that the old generation didnt do that but times have changed. Yaher koiach
