For the 12th year in a row, the Jewish Community in Moscow organized a trip for members to spend Shabbos Selichos by the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens, New York.
The trip was organized by Rabbi Motti Weisberg, Rabbi Schneur Halperin, Rabbi Israel Rosemarin and Rabbi Elimelech Weisberg.
On Shabbos Selichos, they stayed in close proximity to the Ohel, where they gathered together and had an extraordinary spiritual experience.
On Motzoei Shabbos, they traveled to Crown Heights and sat for a Melave Malka Farbrengen in the courtyard of the home of Moshe Rubashkin. They later walked over to the Rebbe’s House and said Selichos there, davening for a sweet new year.
