Dozens of the Chassidic community in Montreal’s Outremont area turned out at a Farbrengen in honor of the 19th of Kislev organized by Heichal Menachem.
The keynote speaker was Rabbi Sholom Leib Aisenbach, an educator and Mashpia in the local Lubavitch community.
Relating stories and parables, he inspired many to further their commitment to learning Chassidus.
Some of the attendees were so inspired that they took upon themselves to establish a new weekly Chassidus shiur at Heichal Menachem.
In his remarks, Chief Rabbi of Montreal, Rabbi Yonoson Binyomin Weiss also emphasized the importance of learning Chassidus and going in its ways.
A beautiful Teshura booklet was given out and hundreds of dollars worth of Sefoim of the Alter Rebbe were sold.
