The annual Kinus uniting all day-camps in Montreal, organized yearly by Rabbi David Cohen, took place on Yud Beis Tammuz.
The program began with reciting of the 12 pesukim and continuing with words by Rabbi Cohen about Yud Beis Tammuz-a significant date on the Chabad calendar, commemorating the liberation of the Fierdiker Rebbe from soviet imprisonment.
The crowd then enjoyed a juggling show by Nachum Greenwald. The program concluded with a concert by Yossi Rodal with singing, and dancing, with an appearance by the Torah mascot.
Rabbi David Cohen organizes these unity rallies because of the Rebbe’s instructions on the importance of children’s rallies including Torah, Tefillah and Tzedaka.
