Mivtza Shofar, led by Rabbi Menachem Gerlitzky of Kollel Tifereth Zekainim Levi Yitzchok, will once again take place throughout New York on Rosh Hashana.
On Sunday, the second day of Rosh Hashanah from 7:00 in the morning (till 9:30) and again from after musaf (till 5:45 PM), hundreds of volunteers will head out from 770 to nursing homes, senior centers, hospitals, private homes and many public places.
Volunteers can join at the entrance to 770 to receive a location.
“Let’s make sure that every Jew hears the shofar – every chosid that can should come and participate in this great mivtza shofar,” Rabbi Gerlitzky said.

Lets learn from Rabbi Gerlitzky to do everything in our power to bring Moshiach NOW!
