Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch in Brunoy, France, known for the richness and depth of its curriculum and Chassidishe environment, has recently undergone gut renovations to create a beautiful building that will enhance the experience of the hundreds of bochurim who learn and live within its walls.
In the quiet, quaint town of Brunoy, away from the city center, rests the mythical Brunoy Yeshiva which is one of the crown jewels of Lubavitch.
Today, around the tables in the Beis Medrash, 350 bochurim from all corners of the earth sit together, immersed in Torah learning and thoughtful discussion. The unparalleled Chassidishe atmosphere, the excellent physical accommodations and, above all, the dedicated staff who, under the direction of the Mashpia Rabbi Yitzchak Nemanov, dedicate their days and nights to quench the thirst of the excited bochurim.
In addition to the regular program, the yeshiva also contains a parallel program through which high school graduates can spend a year learning and living in a yeshiva environment. A majority of the program participants remain in Yeshiva even after the year concludes and are able to join the standard Yeshiva program alongside the other, more senior, students. While there are others who continue on to other Yeshivos, the year that they spent in the daled amos of Tomchei Temimim leaves a long-lasting impression upon them, one that they will never forget.
In the past few months, despite the restrictions imposed upon them due to COVID-19, the Brunoy Yeshiva underwent a nearly unrecognizable transformation. The entire interior of the dorm, bedrooms and common places alike, was completely renovated. Additionally, the entire building that is dedicated to the bochurim in Shiur Aleph was gut renovated as well.
The only Yeshiva that i know that’s been consistent in its education for our Bochurim for the longest time. Kol Hakovod.
