In addition to the regular learning and programs, Mesivta Lubavitch of Monsey has placed a great emphasis on designing a skills-oriented curriculum that gives the Talmidim the tools to become independent learners.
One of the challenges that many bachurim face is figuring out a variety of seemingly foreign Musagim (concepts) that come up while learning Gemara and Mefarshim.
The Mesivta has therefore placed a strong emphasis on the thorough study of Mishnayos, utilizing a half hour every day to learn Seder Kodashim. The Talmidim learned all 91 Perakim of Mishnayos Seder Kodashim and were given comprehensive bi-weekly tests. It was amazing to see how the bochurim looked forward to this Seder and would make up a missed Shiur on their own time.
One of the highlights of the end of the year Chagigas Hasiyum on Wednesday, 16 Sivan, was the Siyum on all of Mishnayos Seder Kodashim made by all Talmidim finishing Shiur Beis.
One of the Talmidim, Hatomim Aizik Andrusier, eloquently shared the Rebbe’s hadran on the final Maseches Kinim (the final Masechta of Seder Kodashim). At the conclusion, all Bochurim of Shiur Beis got up and jointly recited the standard “Hadran” in unison.
The Bochurim are very proud and inspired by their accomplishments, motivating them to continue to successfully add to their learning and knowledge. Family and community members were amazed by the bochurim’s vast knowledge and thorough understanding of the most complex concepts and halachos even in Mesechtos like Zevochim, Erchin or Kinim.
In Shiur Gimmel the bochurim will learn all of Mishnayos Seder Noshim. Next year the Shiur Aleph Bochurim will be joining this program as well. The goal is that by the time a bochur concludes Shiur Gimmel they will have thoroughly mastered all 3 Sedarim in Mishnayos.
My son had a wonderful year! Very fortunate to have my son in this Yeshiva.

My son had a great year looking forward for next year
Nice job Aizik Andrusier
Beautiful accomplishment!
Isn’t this why the Rebbe instructed each and every one of us to learn Rambam every day?
In 1 or 3 years, EVERY single Jew is able to learn ALL musagim of Torah thoroughly!
Would’t Mesivta be a perfect time to learn the entire Rambam properly over the course of 3 years?
We want to thank Rabbi Lustig, Rabbi Liberow, and all the teachers and shluchim that gave our son such an amazing year! We are very grateful for all you have done and look forward to another good year iyh!
It’s so nice to see that in today’s day and age you have bochrim that have a love and chayus for learning Torah. Thank you Rabbi Lustig for bringing the level of the Mesivta to such heights and for bringing out the best in our boys!!
It’s beautiful to see that in today’s day and age we are able to instill such a love and chayus for Torah! Yashar koach to you rabbi lustig for bringing the yeshiva to such heights and for bringing out the best in our boys!!

I think that’s why it was such a great success!
One of the best kept secrets in Monsey is the newly established Mesivta. Rabbi Lustig looks after the bochurim like his own children and under his guidance the bochurim are growing in both rucniyus and gashmiyus.
