Menorah Parade Lights Up Sheepshead Bay

First night of Chanukah in Sheepshead Bay was a huge success! Dozens of cars with Menorahs driven by members of Chabad of Sheepshead community headed by Rabbi Shlomo Z. and Tzippy Cohen filled the roads of Sheepshead Bay With the assistance of NYPD officers from 61st precinct, spreading the light of Chanukah. This year, a party bus joined the parade filled with children from the community, feeling the Chanukah spirit.

The parade ended off at Netcost supermarket where over 150 people gathered to light the grand Menorah followed by a light show, and a Chanukah concert featuring Chony Zucker.

Thanks to Rabbi Itzchak Shwartz Director of the Outreach program who organized dozens of groups who distribute Menorah Kits and bring the Chanukah Joy to thousands in Sheepshed Bay.
