On Sunday, the 8th day of Chanukah, people throughout London were greeted by the sight of a giant nine-foot menorah as it proudly paraded through the city, followed by dozens of cars bearing Menorahs.
The parade was organized as in the past thirty years, by community activist Avrohom Weiss.
The parade started from Yeshiva Gedola and made its way through Hampstead Garden suburbs to Hendon and Golders Green.
Special thanks to Yossi Weiss for organizing the music.
Best guy ever 🙂
I can tell you from first hand experience, Avroham and his family, are the best thing Lubavitch has in London, he’s a true community activist ( without making noise) crown heights can you someone like him.
