Thank you so much for sharing! We are with you.
You two stand alone. This isn’t acting. It isn’t a show. It isn’t a performance. It is REAL.
U are poshut an inspiration!!
Ty for being so courageous…….
Ur Simcha will bring Moshiach Now!!!
I hear you bro. You are not alone. I agree with you.
This is one of the bravest things I’ve ever seen. #10, your skepticism is sad–this is NOT a “performance”. Clearly דברים יוצאים מן הלב; may they enter the hearts of those who will benefit from hearing them.
A pharmacist told me that 90% of depression is really sleep deprivation. If the deprivation is from a prolonged pattern of not getting enough sleep, then a couple of nights adequate sleep may not result in recovery. In some cases, you may need 2 weeks.
Then, then are medical conditions that can do it: see

So, to get rid of it, take advantage of all you can – be it exercise, enough sleep, diet, nutrition, medicine, etc.
I was not moved in any particular way throughout you story.
But when that last bit of clothes came off, and you started to dance, (though to me the non jewish music is disagreeable) THAT REALLY INSPIRED ME. Meir U R something else.
You help and will continue to help the masses.
The numbers of views on your videos are only a small indication of what you are accomplishing. Meir, Mechayil so chayil. Your chayus is contagious and I absolutely am inspired by you.
How can I watch this video?
The Penultimate Expression of “V’Ahavta ‘Rayacha Komocha!”
May you Meir go Mei Chayil el Choyil.
You are LOVED!
For some reason, in many of these types of stories, the parents are portrayed as the facilitators of the person’s childhood traumas. Hindsight is 20/20 and in many cases the parents were simply doing what they thought would be best for their child and had no way to know the outcome in advance. Kol hakavod to Meir’s father for having shown up that day to take him to a therapist. Without knowing any more details than what was shared on this video, I do know that going to a therapist when Meir was 13 was not the “in” thing to… Read more »

He didn’t speak about treatment. Is he on medication? Seeing a mental health professional?
I salute and congratulate you, Meir for bravely sharing your challenges and triumphs. Depression can wreak havoc on one’s spirit yet it is a highly treatable condition thanks to remarkable advancements in the field of mental health. You are proof that one can soar in spite of – because of! – facing and chasing those scheming demons that wrestle with the psyche. Your transparency is inspiring. Putting all the shtick to aside, your words of inspiration is really want counts. Everything else is theatre on a big stage. The real challenge is how we feel when the show is over and when the curtain comes down.
Yasher Koach!!!!!
I liked this performance! You put on a great show, Meir. And to those who wrote stuff like “authentic” etc, that’s what good actors do and that’s why it’s called acting.
