Over 300 Mechanchim and Menahalim who have completed MEF’s rigorous Teacher and Principal training programs are now making an impact in Chabad schools all over the country. This summer, these courses are more accessible than ever, to both new and experienced educators, as multi-track crash courses offered online.
In a course by Lubavitch Mechanchim, for Lubavitch Mechanchim, the Summer Teacher Training Program is taught by acclaimed educators Rabbi Zelig Silber, Rabbi Mendy Levin, Rabbi Zalman Raskin and Rabbi Levi Kaplan.
Track 1 – Your Teaching Toolbox, offers a comprehensive toolkit for a successful classroom, and Track 2 – Digging Deeper, offers a deeper layer of student engagement. Each track runs for a week and a half, between July 1 – כ”א תמוז, and July 22 – י”ג מנחם אב. Best of all – a MEF grant offers 80% of program fees back for successful participants. Registration and more info can be found at mymef.org/teachertraining.
Rabbi Mendy Levin is joined by Rabbi Yossi Rosenblum and Rabbi Mendy Greenbaum for a two day leadership deep dive, on ג-ד מנחם אב / July 12-13. Also online, this program offers a solid foundation in Building School Culture on day 1, and all-new training in Safe and Resilient Schools on Day 2. Menahalim can sign up at mymef.org/principaltraining.
The Rebbe has always encouraged utilizing summer vacation for teacher training. This summer is shorter than most, but between MEF’s Teacher Training, Principal Training, a retreat for board-level school executives and the highly anticipated Kianus Mechanchos Chabad, it is packed with high quality opportunities to learn and grow.
“We are so blessed to have such high-quality Mechanchim and Menahalim within our community,” said MEF executive director Rabbi Zalman Shneur, “So that to invest in tools and training for the coming year, we only have to look within.”

These are amazing programs!!
I went to the program years ago and I’m still using the things I learned from back then. Thank you.
