actually i heard that he intentionally purchases extra product in case hungry people need to take

Why
September 15, 2013 2:52 pm

It was such a chilul Hashem how some of these men behaved, like they have not eaten in days, and some people took home boxes of juice and cake, it is not for people to take food home, it is for everyone that davened at 770 I don’t think that it is right, and they way they push and shove.

Please be kinder

There have been numerous stories
Including one printed on col
Of people who’ve been blessed after they’ve donated money to feed the guest.

All this just hours after Yom Kippur.....

If anyone would actually take the time to notice
or care they would see that Nachum gives all
credit to the sponsors that find these kiddushim.and makes sure that the bachurim that help him are well taken care of
throughout yom tov. This article is about the actual
serving of the break fast and an individual that does not
go home to his family like the rest of the shachuna but instead feeds thousands the very best . Over thirty years . And cleans up the area too . Just on time to start serving again !

Amazing

Alot of prep goes into preparing for this amount of pple
Most of what u see was prepared before the fast and the fresh
fruits etc were on site after – instead of going home
by Mr . Markowitz

After the break I saw bochurim standing on the grass in front of the Rebbe’s room cutting up cake. I too wondered if al pi Halacha you can do that, but it’s NMB. The kids were nibbling & the grass was littered with plastic bottles & other debris. I don’t know when they prepared the watermelons etc. I have never seen so many pallets of water etc, even in Costco!

Footing the bill

I’d like to know who actually foots the bill, and give them the credit too…. (inside info)

Answer to your question

A chosid is doing a tremendous thing! If you think things should be done differently, speak you him privately though he probably has good reason!

I do not understand why the thousands of people can’t through out their garbage and clean up after themselves. Eastern Parkway looks disgustingly dirty! This Tzadik of a man should not be throwing away watermelon peels! Be considerate! This is taking advantage.

please clean up after yourselves

I give him a lot of credit for putting up with all the guests who behave like they never saw food before. They were animals, we couldn’t get through after shul. No respect for elderly ladies & Chassidim with grey beards. Just move over so we can get though.
